Family-run — opening this year
Bread, cake and coffee — all warm, all heavenly.
Sourdough pulled at dawn, pastry cases that empty by ten, celebration cakes built for the day you’ll remember, and a little coffee bar to sit down with all of it.

Blueberry loaves still in their pans, domed and golden, straight off the rack.
Cannoli filled to order and dipped end to end in mini chocolate chips.
Mini pecan tarts in flaky shells, each one finished with a swirl of whipped cream.
Key lime tarts under a dusting of zest, with a wedge of lime and piped cream on the side.
A slice of peanut butter pie with whipped cream, chopped peanuts and pirouette cookies.
Chocolate mousse cups under a swirl of cream, topped with a strawberry and fresh mint.
Fudge brownies cut into squares beside chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia cookies.
The coffee bar
Six seats, one very good espresso.
Pull up to the counter with a morning bun. Drip, pour-over, espresso drinks, and a honey-cardamom latte people drive across town for.
